Can I track a broadcast?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email —provided the shipping provider supports this.

Delivery time is typically 7-14 business days (1-3 weeks), depending on your location and the product.
Individual items are handcrafted in our partner workshop – this may result in longer delivery times in some cases.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
⚠️If your item was damaged during shipping, please immediately send us a photo or video of the defect to info@nordskulls.com so we can find a solution.
Can I return or exchange a product?

Can I change or cancel my order later?
No problem – as long as your order hasn't been shipped from the warehouse yet, or in the case of handcrafted steel products (such as axes), the forging process hasn't started yet, changes or cancellations are possible at any time.
But beware: Our master blacksmith gets furious every time he has to stop mid-heating – and regularly threatens the NORDSKULLS team with beating us off. 💀🔥

Where do your products come from?
Some items are crafted in our Viking workshop, while others come from carefully selected partner manufacturers. Quality always comes first.
What does “personalized products” mean?
"Products with custom engravings, embroidery, or custom-made items made especially for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal."
How sustainable are your products?
Many of our items are produced in small batches, some of them handcrafted. We focus on quality over mass-produced goods – durable, functional, and conscious.
Are your leather products genuine?
Yes, absolutely! All products labeled GENUINE LEATHER come from select tanneries and traditional leather farms.
For customers with a vegan lifestyle, we also offer vegan leather for certain items.
