1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop NORDSKULLS at www.nordskulls.com/en .

2. Offer & Conclusion of Contract

All products in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
The purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email or when we ship the goods.


3. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR (Euro) .
VAT is included in the price where required by law.

Payment methods:
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
– Advance payment (bank transfer)
– PayPal

Payment is due before shipping .


4. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within the European Union.
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout.

Delivery time:
The standard delivery time is approximately 7 to 21 working days , depending on the product and shipping region.
Since individual items are handmade in our partner forge , delivery times may vary slightly in individual cases.

Delivery guarantee:
If you don't receive your order within 40 days , we'll refund you in full – guaranteed.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed in advance by email.


5. Right of withdrawal for EU customers

Cancellation period:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products , such as items with personalized text, engraving, or custom-made items. These are excluded from the right of return unless they are defective or damaged.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs for express shipping or similar), promptly and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important:
Returns that have not been pre-approved by our support team will not be processed and will be ignored.

6. Return (voluntary)

Even after the 14-day period, we offer you a fair return if:
– the product is defective or damaged
– it differs significantly from the description

Proceed:
Please send us an email within 7 days of receipt with a description and (if possible) photo/video.

Note: Returns without prior agreement will not be accepted .


7. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty law applies.
No liability for:
– improper use
– normal wear and tear
– indirect damages or consequential costs

We treat your data confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in any dispute resolution proceedings.


10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence also applies.
The place of jurisdiction – to the extent permitted by law – is St. Gallen, Switzerland .

Individual items are handcrafted in our partner workshop – this may result in longer delivery times in some cases.

If you don't receive your order within 40 days , you'll receive a full refund—guaranteed.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

⚠️If your item was damaged during shipping, please immediately send us a photo or video of the defect to info@nordskulls.com so we can find a solution.

Can I return or exchange a product?

No problem – you can of course return or exchange it.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Can I change or cancel my order later?

No problem – as long as your order hasn't been shipped from the warehouse yet, or in the case of handcrafted steel products (such as axes), the forging process hasn't started yet, changes or cancellations are possible at any time.

But beware: Our master blacksmith gets furious every time he has to stop mid-heating – and regularly threatens the NORDSKULLS team with beating us off. 💀🔥

Some items are crafted in our Viking workshop, while others come from carefully selected partner manufacturers. Quality always comes first.

"Products with custom engravings, embroidery, or custom-made items made especially for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal."

How sustainable are your products?

Many of our items are produced in small batches, some of them handcrafted. We focus on quality over mass-produced goods – durable, functional, and conscious.

Are your leather products genuine?

Yes, absolutely! All products labeled GENUINE LEATHER come from select tanneries and traditional leather farms.

For customers with a vegan lifestyle, we also offer vegan leather for certain items.
